Interactive Posters
Merging Physical and Digital Realms via Augmented Reality
This project features four interactive posters merging physical and digital realms through Augmented Reality. Using smart devices, viewers trigger 42-second animations (60 fps) that overlay 71 × 100 cm prints. By integrating graphic and audio elements, static images transform into living narratives, turning reality into imagination and making the audience an integral part of the artwork's vibrant, multi-layered digital world.
Harmony of Sound and Image Through Mapping
Audio-Visual Synchronization via Optical Projection
Created during a video mapping workshop at the French Institute of Tetouan, this artwork explores the synchronization of sound and image via optical projection. Sound compositions trigger and transform visual elements, resulting in an immersive multisensory environment. By blending light, shape, and movement with acoustic textures, the project creates a seamless dialogue between audio and visual realms for the audience.
Synchronized Motion Graphics
Fusing Sound and Movement
Sound serves as the foundation for this motion graphics project. Driven by the dynamic rhythm of "Ants" by The Glitch Mob, the letters of "SOFYANE HAJOUBI" animate in perfect synchronization with audio variations. Using Adobe After Effects, characters shift through scaling, rotation, and color transitions, transforming typography into a rhythmic visual performance guided entirely by the track's energetic pulse.
The Singularity of Information
Interactive Installation and Cognitive Confinement
This interactive installation explores propaganda as "personalized content" using infrared motion-tracking. Digital orbits shadow viewers on a white sphere, creating a news stream that feels universal but is uniquely targeted. The deception of this cognitive confinement is only unmasked through the "Other," where juxtaposed digital squares reveal how screens can transform from windows into tools of individual distortion.
Rhythmic Animation Inspired by "Disco Boy"
Blending Manual Artistry with Digital Motion
Merging manual drawing with digital editing, this project interprets a dance scene from Disco Boy. The process involved creating 560 hand-drawn frames synchronized to a frantic rhythmic progression. These frames were scanned and integrated into a 12 fps video format. The final animation captures the character's transition from calm to intensity, elegantly blending traditional artistry with modern digital technology.
About
As a dedicated digital artist and researcher, I am passionate about exploring the dynamic interplay between sound and digital graphic arts. My studies at the National Institute of Fine Arts in Tetouan have deepened my fascination with how modern technology can elevate artistic expression—especially through the seamless synchronisation of audio and visual elements.
Spanning various mediums and techniques, my work reflects a strong commitment to pushing the boundaries of digital art, driven by a genuine love for the technical and creative possibilities of the medium.
